Griffin's Home Services provides practical, nonmedical household support. Nothing on this website is medical, legal, or financial advice, and no service offered here is emergency assistance.

Submitting a consultation request begins a private review. It is not a booking and does not hold a date. A visit is scheduled only once the scope is agreed, the service agreement is in place, and any required payment step is complete.

Figures shown by the online price estimator are estimates, not a quote or an agreement. Your final price is confirmed in writing, based on the scope we agree together.

If something isn't right, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right.

Work is limited to the tasks written into the agreed scope. If something additional is needed on the day, it is confirmed with you before it is done. Quotes reflect the service, the size and condition of the space, the tasks prioritised, approved add-ons, and — for errands — trip, distance, wait time, stops, parking, and item handling.

• Grocery shopping (we pick up and deliver prepaid grocery orders only)
• Medical care, medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers
• Client transportation and transporting minors
• Hazardous-material cleanup, biohazards, active infestations, and needles
• Licensed repair work and heavy moving
• Legal services and financial-account management

If a need falls outside this scope we will say so and, where possible, suggest that you seek an appropriately qualified professional.

We ask for safe, lawful access to the property and a working environment free of hazards. Work may be stopped or rescheduled where conditions are unsafe, where an infestation is present, or where the situation falls outside the agreed scope.

Some approved work is completed by independent professionals screened for that service. Submitting provider interest does not guarantee work, hours, or acceptance.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your written service agreement before the first visit.
