When you submit a consultation inquiry we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. If you arrive from a service page, we also record which service you were viewing. We email your inquiry to Tonya and send you a thank-you email.

When you submit provider interest we collect your name, business name, contact details, the services you offer, service areas, experience, availability, transportation, supplies, insurance status where applicable, references you choose to share, and your screening consent.

We do not ask for diagnoses, medical records, or health details. Please do not include them. We also ask that you do not send access codes, keys information, or financial account details through this website.

Only to assess whether we can help, to prepare an accurate scope and quote, to deliver the agreed service, and to reply to you. We do not sell information and we do not share it for advertising.

Submissions are stored in a private database that the public website cannot read back. Access is limited to the owner and any authorised account she has approved. Client addresses, access details, household information, and home photos are never published on this site or used in marketing.

Where an independent professional completes approved work, we share only what is needed to do that job — for example the location, the agreed tasks, and access arrangements.

We keep records for as long as needed to manage the enquiry and any resulting service, and to meet ordinary business and record-keeping needs. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by replying to any message from us or submitting a request through this site.

We record simple, non-identifying interaction counts — for example how often a consultation button is used — to understand which pages are useful. This does not include your name, contact details, or the content of your request.
